Galesville Elementary is excited to launch an inspiring new partnership with G-E-T High School this school year!

Every Thursday for one hour, high school students enrolled in the Introduction to Education course will be stepping into our classrooms at Galesville Elementary. During these weekly visits, they will work directly alongside our teachers and spend meaningful time with our young Red Hawks.

This hands-on experience gives aspiring teachers a firsthand look into the education profession—assisting with learning activities, supporting classroom routines, and serving as positive mentors. At the same time, our elementary students benefit from extra classroom support and the encouragement of great high school role models.

We are thrilled to welcome these future educators to our building each week as we continue working together to foster a community where everyone Grows, Excels, and Thrives!
