What an incredible Open House! Seeing our halls filled with our amazing students and families reminds us of the powerful community we have—our staff absolutely loved catching up, sharing high-fives, and seeing all your smiling faces!
A heroic shout-out to the Lions Club for swooping in to grill up a fantastic supper for the crowd, and a huge thank you to our legendary PTO for their incredible behind-the-scenes work organizing tonight’s event. Today was an emotional but incredibly joyful day as we said goodbye for the summer—and a special, bittersweet farewell to our amazing Fifth Graders!
From the nervous first day of kindergarten to walking out the doors today as ready-for-middle-school leaders, we could not be prouder of the growth, kindness, and resilience this class has shown. You came in with big questions and you're leaving with even bigger dreams.

Students came dressed in their brightest neon colors, and they transformed their classroom with black lights and glowing activities all day long! They practiced reading with flashlights, reviewed their "glowing" math skills, and completed lots of fun glow-themed learning activities.
The students showed great teamwork, creativity, and enthusiasm while making learning extra bright and memorable. Such a fun way to celebrate all of the hard work they’ve put in this year! 😎✨. #galesvillepride

What an incredible day at Galesville Elementary! Our hearts are full after seeing such an amazing turnout for the return of our family picnic. Between the beautiful weather and the even better company, today was a perfect reminder of why our Red Hawk community is so special. We are so incredibly proud of all our Red Hawks who participated in the district spelling bee yesterday at the PAC! It takes a tremendous amount of courage and hard work to stand on that stage, and every single one of our competitors represented our district with grit and excellence. A massive shout out to Emily Oliver and Selisa Erickson for spearheading this event.
